Verizon Entertainment Directory 2006
Verizon was having there annual national meeting her in the Tampa Bay Area. Select employees from all over the nations where coming her and Verizon wanted to make a directory so they could find different locations such as restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment hotspots.

I was asked to take a five page word document with all the locations the wanted in the directory and make brochures out of them. I went thru the information and organized it by location and by type. Ended up with four brochures. Three location specific and one for golf courses.:

The result is what you see here. To make the brochures more tourist "friendly" I added an image of the location with a brief description along with the addresses and phone numbers. On one of brochures I thought it best to show a map of where the different locations where as that area of the city tends to be very confusing. Over all Verizon was very pleased with the results.

Juce
Juce is a small band consiting of Joan & Bruce. Joan asked me if I could make them something they could hand out for there next gig. I thought it would be fun so I jumped on board.

For one of there gigs I came up with the flyer you see to the left. I wanted to use the play on words of "Juce" so I used the imagery of an orange. It was a very simple flyer but I think it came out nicely.

There is also another flyer I created for them which you can see in the sample images when you click onthe flyer.

50th Birthday Invite
A project manager that works with me asked me to make her some special invitations for her mothers 50th birthday surprise party. The only requirement was to make it postcard size because it was going to be mailed to all the invitees.

I wanted the invitation to stand out in the mail box so I used a nice bright blue background with the text "50th" tiled on it. It was to look movie star like. Something like the wallpaper they put up on the red carpet with all the brand names on it for when paparazzi takes pictures of the stars. Besides that very thing was pretty simple.

The final card was printed on 100lbs cover and was full bleed.

Lucid Request DVD
Lucid Request was a DVD I created when for a project when I a student at Full Sail. The basic outline of the project was to learn how to use a DV camera, Final Cut Pro, and DVD Studio Pro.

The story the DVD tells is of a young girl dreaming about finding love. Se walks around town only to see love is every where (represented by the film being in color) except in her own life (represented by her being in black and white). Near the end of her search she finds a hint of love and appears in color like the rest of the world.

After creating the video I decided to take things to the next level. I created a DVD label, cover and inside art work. To the right you can see the cover that was made for the DVD. Also to make things even better I added bonus materials to the DVD that included : actor profiles, animated menu transitions, , links to the featured music used in the DVD, and two behind the screen videos.

I have to say that this was one of my favorite project and I have lots of good memories from creating it.
